Sadly we are not millionaires, so we will need to budget our travel. We've got a vague idea that we'll need £1000 per person per month. But do we? Some people I've spoken to say that far too much, some say it's not enough. Of course it depends on which countries you go to and what towns you stay in, and what sort of accommodation and... well, loads of stuff.
We haven't really decided exactly how long we'll be travelling for. This will depend a lot on our money situation and how much we're enjoying it. But we think it'll be something between 6 months and 2 years. We don't really have the budget for 2 years, but this '£1000 per person per month' thing might turn out to be total bollocks.

I want to come to these awesome places. Research the local festival times too. When we were traveling we found it nearly impossible to find a place to stay during bank holidays or religious festivals. Book well ahead at these times. Other times you are likely to find somewhere good that does not even have a website! if you really fancy staying in a place - book it!
