Busy Having Fun in Ko Lanta

It is Christmas day in Ko Lanta! Happy Christmas.

There are some trees with tinsel on and some bars are doing 'parties'. A party here seems to be just like any other day, except there are more balloons on a party day.

We have been very busy enjoying Ko Lanta. We hired this bike and went around exploring...

We have seen some sad looking elephants, but we didn't take their photo as they were too sad.

We've climbed through jungle to get to a waterfall. In case you don't recognise it, this is my 'You made me climb through jungle for half an hour for this?? Why are you taking my photo now?!?' face.

But actually it was really fun, I just wasn't ready for my photo being taken.

At a national park, we saw this stealing monkey looking for food and other valuables in the bikes. He stole a map. Like many others who live on the island, he doesn't know his way around either.

We have been checking out other beaches on our bike too. All the beaches on this island are wonderful, but we think ours is the best.

We have agreed that the underwater camera is the best thing we've brought with us, it's been loads of fun.

How the fish see us

Now we are planning our next stop. Tomorrow we head off to Ko Bulon Le, which is a much smaller fishing island. Afterwards we'll go to Ko Lipe for a few days then we're off to Malaysia for New Years!
